Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. One flat rate however many lamps you buy, added at checkout. No minimum spend.

Delivery time: 6-12 business days from the day your order ships, plus up to 24 hours for us to process it.

Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you have not had a tracking email, contact us.

Where we ship from. Our lamps ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Some orders are dispatched internationally. The delivery estimate above already accounts for this.

Where we ship to. United States only at present.

Customs and duties. No additional customs charges or import duties apply to your order. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and the December peak period can add a few days. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we will resolve it - resend or refund.

Wrong address. If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship. Please double-check your address at checkout.
