1. These terms

By placing an order at emberbury.com you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

2. Who we are

Emberbury is an online retailer of decorative LED lamps, operating from Florida, USA and shipping within the United States. The best and fastest way to reach us about any order is by email at hello@emberbury.com. We reply to every message within 1 business day.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery address — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown excluding shipping. Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order within the United States, added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United States. Our current estimate is 6–12 business days from dispatch; see our shipping policy for details. Estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carrier timings are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery to contact us; damaged, faulty, wrong or missing orders are refunded or replaced at no cost to you and with nothing to send back. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once an order has shipped.

7. Product description

Our lamps are LED decorative lights: a laser-etched acrylic panel on a white base, powered by 3 × AA batteries or a Micro USB cable, neither of which is included. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical product. They are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

8. Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Aside from that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
