How long does shipping take?
Shipping is a flat $5.95 on every order, however many lamps you buy, arriving in 6 to 12 business days. You get tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Is it safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. It is an LED with no flame and no heat build-up, and the light is low-glare warm white, so it is gentle enough to sleep next to.
How is it powered?
Two ways. It takes 3 AA batteries, so it can sit anywhere with no cable trailing from it, and it also has a Micro USB port if you would rather keep it plugged in and never think about batteries. Please note that batteries and a USB cable are not included in the box.
How big is it?
Compact and light at 220 grams — sized for a nightstand, shelf, windowsill or mantel rather than a floor or table centrepiece.
What exactly comes in the box?
One glow lamp on its white base, in whichever design you picked — Christmas Tree, Reindeer, Merry Christmas or Gnomes. Batteries and a Micro USB cable are not included, so grab 3 AA batteries or use a Micro USB cable you already have. A couple of the photos show two lamps side by side so you can compare designs; one lamp ships per order unless you choose the 2 or 3 pack.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days from delivery. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, we will send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — your choice — and you do not need to ship anything back to us. If your order never arrives, we resend or refund it. If you simply change your mind, we cannot refund once the order has shipped, because return postage costs more than the lamp itself; if it has not shipped yet, we will cancel it for a full refund.
